TelPal business numbers
A TelPal number is a real local business number that rings in your browser and in the TelPal app on iPhone and Android. Plans start at £5.99 a month, billed monthly with no tie-in, and every plan includes the number, voicemail with AI transcription and call routing.
We currently offer US, UK and Irish local numbers for businesses based in the UK and EU, with more countries to come. You can answer from anywhere — all you need is an internet connection.
Picking a number takes a minute. UK numbers need a quick business check before they go live: a photo ID (passport, UK driving licence or national ID card) and a proof of address issued in the last 3 months, from any country. A limited company also uploads its Certificate of Incorporation. You do it in the same sign-up, and most numbers go live within 1–3 working days. More UK numbers later are instant.
No. TelPal numbers carry voice calls only — no SMS, WhatsApp or verification codes. It's a business line for taking calls, not a number for receiving codes.
