On iPhone the call arrives on the native call screen — the real one, the same as any other call, before you have unlocked anything. The app wakes for a call even when it has been closed and the phone is locked.

Answer on one, and the rest stop
When a call comes in, every device belonging to every person it targets rings at once — three people with a laptop and a phone each is six devices ringing. The first to answer gets the call and every other device stops immediately. Decline on your laptop and your phone stops ringing too, rather than buzzing on in your pocket.

No. A signed-in browser tab is a complete phone. The mobile apps are there for when you are away from your desk, not because the web needs help.

Yes. A closed app and a locked phone both still ring — the call arrives through the operating system rather than needing the app to be awake and waiting.
Only one can. The first device to answer takes the call and every other device stops ringing in the same instant, so nobody picks up a call that is already in progress.
You can see it but not edit it. Routing, phone menus, greetings, team and billing all live on the web, where there is room to get them right.
